In 2020, the family of Edward Onanian established a $500,000 ACEF endowment in his memory to benefit the lay staff of the Eastern Diocese. The fund contributes annually to every participating employee’s 403(b) retirement savings plan.  Today, the “Edward Onanian Memorial Fund” has grown to $725,500 thanks in part to the family making annual gifts with a market value, as of June 30, 2024, of nearly $813,950. The Onanian family’s generosity and compassion showcases the way an ACEF endowment can honor a loved one and create a legacy that will have a significant impact on the Armenian Church community.
