Bryan Stepanian is a Managing Director and Client Advisor at Alex. Brown, where he leads a distinguished advisory team serving ultra-high-net-worth families, individuals, and institutions across the United States and internationally.

With more than 23 years of experience at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, Bryan was instrumental in the establishment of Alex. Brown in 2016. His expertise spans traditional asset management and alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity, private credit and structured products. Bryan and his team specialize in developing customized investment strategies that address the complex, multi-generational needs of their clients, with a focus on long-term wealth preservation and growth.

Their work includes close collaboration with founders and executives of both public and private companies, offering strategic guidance on liquidity events, trust and estate planning, and other sophisticated financial matters. Bryan holds Series 7 and 66 licenses and actively contributes to the industry through board service with both business and nonprofit organizations.

Outside of his professional role, Bryan is a passionate sports car enthusiast and serves as President of the Ferrari Owners Club in the Northeast of the US. He earned his B.A. from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business and resides in Miami with his wife, Maria. Their two sons remain in Greenwich, CT, where the family spent many formative years. Bryan and his family are deeply committed to philanthropy and active engagement in their community, with a focus on supporting causes that reflect their values and heritage.
