Elizabeth Shaghalian Vranka

Elizabeth Shaghalian Vranka is a lawyer by training and spent most of her professional career working as a corporate lawyer at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore (1991-1998) and at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York (2013-2014). In 2016, Elizabeth began a second career as Executive Director of OSilas Gallery & Art Studio at Concordia College New York (Bronxville). In this position she is in charge of all gallery operations, including securing exhibitions, marketing and fundraising. She has been active in several not-for-profit organizations in her community since moving to Bronxville in 2006. Elizabeth is a parishioner of St. Gregory the Enlightener Armenian Church in White Plains, New York, where she is a member of the Parish Council and previously taught Sunday school for several years. Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She lives with her husband, Larry, and their three children in Bronxville, NY.
