Kirk S. Hachigian is retired Chairman and CEO of JELD-WEN, Inc., where he served as CEO from 2014 to 2016 and remained on the board until May 2019. Prior to joining JELD_WEN, Kirk spent 11 years with Cooper Industries beginning in 2001, holding the CEO and Chairman position from 2005 to 2012 until it was acquired by Eaton Corporation for $13 billion. Previously, he also worked for General Electric for nine years, which included positions in Mexico City and Singapore. Kirk has served as a director on multiple boards including PACCAR Inc. since 2008, Allegion Inc. since 2013 and NextEra Energy since 2014.

Kirk earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley in 1982 and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1986.
