Kristine Manoukian is a partner at Schulte Roth + Zabel, a prominent law firm managing all aspects of private capital from investment management and finance to litigation and special situations for both businesses/corporations and individual clients. As Co-chair of the Business Reorganization Group, she advises ad hoc groups, creditors, purchasers and other investors on all aspects of restructurings (in- and out-of-court), recapitalizations, exchanges, workouts and distressed situations, with a particular focus on the representation of investment funds and financial institutions. In addition to representing such entities in distressed situations, Kristine has represented debtors and official committees in Chapter 11 cases and companies in post-restructuring matters. She is recognized as one of The Deal’s “Top Women in Dealmaking,” by The Best Lawyers in America and as a “Rising Star” by New York Metro Super Lawyers.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in Salt Lake City, Utah, Kristine earned a Master’s in Administration from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and her Juris Doctorate degree from University of Maryland School of Law. She resides in New York City.
