ACEF Is Governed by a Board of Directors

The Armenian Church Endowment Fund (ACEF) is an independent non-profit organization operated by an independent board of directors providing fiduciary oversight and governance. All of the directors are volunteers, contributing their professional expertise and personal commitment to the Armenian community without financial compensation.

According to the ACEF bylaws, the board must have at least seven to 13 members, including by virtue of their positions, the Primate and the Chairman of Diocesan Council. Each board member may serve no more than three consecutive three-year terms. To fill the positions of retiring or outgoing directors, the executive committee seeks to identify professional individuals whose participation will benefit both ACEF and the community. Candidates go through a comprehensive interview process and then are voted on by the full board.

If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a member of ACEF’s Board, please contact acef@acefinvest.org.
